Seems like 2k didn't even add the ability to do an intentional off ball foul.

They didn't. I am glad it's not in. Will only cause problems.

I remember doing this against a Mavs user.

The guy was cheesing me so when the 4th quarter came and he was in the bonus I would intentionally foul Rondo when he would bring the ball up lol. He missed every free throw. Also did it one time against a Cavs user when Thompson was in.

You can't rely on it too heavily though because once you intentionally foul a certain number of times the game automatically gives your opponent the option to quit and get the win.
