Force baseline vs middle?

It depends. Sometimes the spacing of the offensive team makes forcing middle much more beneficial for the defensive team.

So, force the player towards where the help will come.

Only reason baseline is so overpowered is the magic barrier that prevents ballhandlers from stepping out bounds. Even if they run straight to the baseline, they will be kept inbounds few seconds.

Unless you have a Roy Hibbert type in the key, then never force them middle

I think setting it auto for the point of emphasizes is the best way to go with because the situation decides baseline or middle right?

Or do on-ball defense, and decide it yourself.

Dont do it online you will get dunked on sadly. I sent 2k a video of someone using KD dunks from baseline all game in a ranked match. I hope they fixed it
