Everyone looks skinnier at those angles. Grab a screenshot of Curry looking directly forward and he looks way too chubby.

Like I said, he looks fine to me, the lighting just doesn't create depth on the face so bone structure doesn't really stand out. His face is pretty accurate though.

Also remember that he's chewing his mouthguard which doesn't help with not making his face look a bit puffier.

Can anyone tell if they scanned DeAndre this year? His cyberface wasn't as bad as some other people, namely Jamal Crawford and Glen Davis, but it lacked any detail.

He's scanned. I know most can't tell from the pic in the op but he is. His skintone/texture along with correct hair updates shows he's scanned. If you have to, look at the Harden vid slowed down on youtube and you'll see. For some reason players have a "glow" or more accurately a "smoothness" to them when they've been scanned this year(same with 2k15). I think it may have to do with the way PixelGun Studios scans players.

And like I said, he doesn't look fine. He has a chubby element to his virtual scan. Lighting may play a part, but a couple of the real photograph of curry with terrible lighting that doesn't cast much shadow to his cheek bone or jaw line either. That is also why I selected a picture of him chewing on a mouth guard. Having 20/20 vision myself and having to watch Curry the entire season and post game interviews tells me Curry needs to be slimmed.
