Recreating the ABA in NBA 2K16

If this works out anything close to this, I'm going to be in dreamland. For years I've wanted to create an amalgam league of historic ABA teams in a video game, something like:

ABA West
Oakland Oaks
Anaheim Amigos
Spirits of St. Louis
San Diego Conquistadors
Houston Mavericks
Dallas Chaparrals
Denver Rockets
L.A. Stars

ABA East
Kentucky Colonels
Virginia Squires
Pittsburgh Condors
Baltimore Claws
Carolina Cougars
New Jersey Americans
Miami Floridians
Memphis Tams

I guess what I'm asking is if this will be possible, if anyone even knows yet. I understand that we can relocate teams and give them custom unis, but what I am hoping for is a fully realized MyGM/MyLeague (whichever one works) where we can limit the number of teams and relocate/rebrand each one of them, even realigning divisions if necessary. This would be a godsend.

EDIT: Nm, I think I found my answer in another thread. Maybe next year.
