Have we heard anything about Facescan in 2K16?

I have still hope we can do it with our phone this year

I haven't heard anything new about it, I'm pretty sure it won't be available for us pc users...

That would be dope if they did have it where you could scan your body but I doubt especially after the problems with facescan last year. I also remember one of the devs saying the technology to get it to look 3D required the cameras, but it would be nice if they did find a way to implement it into a app. Especially seeing how these new phones have pretty decent cameras in them.

I'd rather have them make a working face scan first man, don't need my body in game, just get a template of 10 bodytypes instead

Well, I hope they at least tweaked it so we can get sort of decent scans, especially on the Xbox One version. The Kinect is the better camera peripheral, but the PS4's camera seemed to have better results. I just want to get a decent scan and play online without seeing a bunch of players that look like my create a players long lost brother. MMChrisS did they say anything during your hands on time?

I agree, I don't seeing body scans turning out good so I say focus your resources on getting that technology for face scans exact.

Perfect scan in NBA 2K15 needed the following for a great scan:
* Natural or Pure White lighting (not a bulb with yellow tint)
* In green box only put eyes and nose (unlike what game says with full head in frame) since gives scan greater detail since face closer to camera.
* Move head VERY slowely during scan process.

I had great results so Idk how people had problems with it last year.

Getting the lighting right was the hard part for me
