Changing first and second team colors

So, we know we can create almost any jersey after relocation. Can we finally change team colors in our own rosters? At least, can we select all teams in MyLeague, relocate all of them withouth changing cities, logos, etc, and then change 1st and 2nd team colors?

From what i remember i don't think you need to relocate in order to re-brand your team.
