Inbounding the ball.

Apologize if this is wasted thread space but I haven't found anything on the inbounding issue that was present in 15. Mainly:

1. Refs stalling to pass it in after dead balls.
2. Sloww jogs back to inbound the ball, with having to 'settle in' first as well versus rush it.
3. Having a designated inbounder ever inbound no matter the moment or how far away they are on the court..

Again couldn't find anything on this any help would be great

I think they mentioned they worked on the inbound pass time.

First of all I agree with all your points. You know, this Inbounding mishap (because it ain't an issue if we can live w/ it, it's a mishap/no biggie), reminds me of the taunting. When the offense scores, and the scorer starts waving his arms, and pointing fingers while his assignment rushes past him because he won't get back on defense. But I can live w/o this being taken care of. What I am a proponent of is banning flash pausing. One of the reasons I've decided to play Madden more is because (you know) you play 2k, and after every whistle and basket or change of possession my opponent flash pauses on me. As to say either I'm better than you or w/e the play call was its bs. Lol but I agree w/ your statement on the inbound. Specially the ball rolling down the court, and having the inbounder go all the way back to get it (although in some instances, teammates do pass it) for sure.
