NBA 2k16 Pre Order not Installing?

Hey I just bought NBA 2k16 on Xbox one and when i try to install it and says queued and then says installation stopped. Last year i was able to install NBA 2k15 2 weeks early so i didnt have to wait to play it they day it came out. So i was just wondering if anybody else is having this problem or if 2k16 is just different this year.

Gotta wait until next week like the rest of us bud. The preorder release date is September 25.

I'm having the same problem.
People on the 2k forums are also.
It says queue then installation stopped.
This is not suppose to happen. Its suppose to download then say pre-order -play on the 25.

But its not doing anything , its like we never paid for it.

I talked to a person on xbox support and they said xbox and 2k know bout the issue and are working to resolve it. So hopefully they fix it soon

There is no issue. You didn't preload it two weeks early last year. It will preload on the 23rd.

You must own a PlayStation, because I did that very thing last year with NBA 2K15 and every other game I've bought on Xbox One.

There is a issue, I preload all of my games on the Xbox one. Hope this is resolved soon.

Good! so I can stop stressing about this! To the guy who mentioned waiting til the 23rd, that's for the PS4, we're talking about Xbox1.
