Okay, so far they have added:
- Nick van Exel added to 97-98 Lakers
- Rick Fox added to 97-98 Lakes
- Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to both Lakers and Bucks teams
- Eric Snow added to 00-01 Sixers

Taken out:
- Derek Fisher (possibly)

Missing:
- Rasheed Wallace on Pistons and Blazers teams
- Mehmet Okur (possibly)
- Corlis Williamson (possibly)
- Rafer Alston (possibly)

I say possibly because we haven't seen the full rosters, only the 8 best. They are highly likely to miss the game if the first 8 already have a player rated under 70 and these players actually contributed to a play-off run and or were starters.

Don't know about Derek Fisher. He wasn't the sixth man on the Lakers and we're only seen six deep thus far. No need to speculate that he is gone yet.

Unless they're added via first date update, I think Corliss Williams, Mehmet Okur, and Mike James are definitely out. The 2004 Pistons were scrolled beyond the first six. The list went:

Chauncey Billups
Ben Wallace
Richard Hamilton
Tayshaun Prince
Elden Campbell
Lindsey Hunter
Darko Milicic

I don't see how Fisher could possibly be missing... maybe he's just rated low
