Hmm, the way its looking for proper euroleague/Classic team likeness I might have to invest in the PC version.

Nah. I've been swept of my feet by the work by Mike Wang, Scott OG, Leftos, Beds and Da_Czar.

Been complety underwhelmed by the art team.

I heard modding was made harder in 2k15. Are the tools at the point where the moders can edit faces completley? Also can I just use a laptop to run the game?

its been slow since the main 2 tool creators in the pc side work for 2k know in leftos and vlad. But there along see here.

laptop needs to be higher end to run 2k15 at full spec with mods so I assume 2k16 is the same.

Yes and yes,the laptop has to be high end.. (it's best to build a PC..Cheaper and much more efficient. My PC cost the exact same of a console and performs better.)

Modding is coming along slowly but cyberface,uniform edits,sweet FX for improved lighting and more are here.
