Add 5 across the board for purchasable boosts. I also assume you can still buy gear with attribute boosts, possibly including shoes with boosts again. All of those caps sound perfectly reasonable.

Why are you worried about something that literally hasn't been shown? lol. It's not in that list because it wasn't shown in a photo or video.
