Those issue and automatic loss of timeouts in the 4th qtr annoyed the heck out of me, but heard that was fixed, finally after several years of being wrong. Matter fact I cant remember when 2k had it right that's how long its been, but heard that's fixed so Im glad about that.

In the sim hangout podcast I'am pretty sure that Czar and OG have said that they didn't touch the CPU substitutions.

Thanks for the info, not going to keep me from buying but have to say that's a big let donw that its still not fixed. Up until a couple years back this had always worked right with players in foul trouble, so its a shame they wont fix it.
