Can anyone send the exe file for pc? Downloading from steam does not have it and redownloading does not fix it.

What Console are you using - Xbox one

What is happening - It is installed but when I try to play it, it says it's too early even though I pre ordered it. (I bought it digitally in the russian store).

Is there an error code - No

received none of the pre-order bonuses from the standard PC version...no VC or MyTeam packs..others on the Steam forums are having the same problem

Sorry for my english but i want to let you a message :

I'm on Xbox 1, i pre order the game 3 or 4 days ago, it was fully downloaded.
I come back home and impossible to play, X1 say "installation stopped" with an error code and unable to start installation (uninstalled, re installed, i removed my account and add it again....) and finally i change my dns to google dns and it seems to work, 4% installation. Try this if you have problem, i will be back in 4 hrs and hope it will playable

On ps4, was able to installed game easily. But the problem is when I open nba2k16 for first time and I have to play one of game. Copying game is stuck at 43% for a while now.

What is happening -My XBOX is no longer able to play in 1080p.

Is there an error code - None

Any further details that may help the devs- I thought it was my XBOX until the cpu version of this game created video problems with my cpu as well.

What is happening -First the cpu screen went black. The I had to reset it, which took forever.

Any further details that may help the devs- Got the black screen on my XBOX One but now I can't game in 1080p, if I set it on 1080p I get no signal.
