Doesn't matter size, but it's got to be 1:1 ratio, 2:1 for the arena logo.

Any size is good as long as the ratio is 1:1 for logos, 2:1 for "arena name" logos and 4:1 for courtside ads and the file is <1MB

I'm going with 1200px in width on transparent PNG

To keep the definition and detail of the logo I would suggest (all sizes in pixels)

976x976 for team logo.
2160x1080 for arena logo.
800x200 for scorers table.

even with the right dimensions my arena name logo and scorer table logo come out blurry

Did you stretch the logo out? I mean fill the entire thing? It seems like there are acouple out there that made it look perfect.
