The Cut Pass i.e. holding triangle you stated it is the closets guy to you, you can also select a cutter. The Cutter can be selected by using the LStick you can push it in the direction of any player you want to cut. Once the player you select will be highlited by the white circle under his feet.

I am having a lot of problems with this, is like a 50/50 success rate for me. I feel like i don't have enough time to select the cutter before the original guy starts to cut and mess up the spacing. Any suggestions ? Am i doing something wrong ?

I can't find the 2000's historic teams! I got the early tip off for ps3. I know I'm not the only one with this problem. I know somebody know something. Let me know Asap!

Do you always recommend turbo'ing around the pick?

Itchy- Do you have recommendations for on-ball defense?

Specifically, when do you recommend we use LT as opposed to (LT and RT) combined? Also, do you sprint much on defense?

Thanks!

Dear 2K:

You produced a fantastic game that's ridiculously deep, but equally ridiculously lacking in tutuorials to explain how to use the new features, offensive/defensive concepts, etc.

Hire this man immediately. Figure some way to get this information to the masses for this year. For next year an in game interactive skills/tutorial guide is a must. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Me

I will make a tutorial on this for you soon, my next one touches on this subject a little.

Short version tho, I use LT when i want to cut off angles or establish a side i want to force the offensive player into. I only go LT and RT to make up for lost ground after making a mistake.

Ideally LT is all i aim to use; on ball defense isn't about bumping the guy, it is about letting the guy bump into you after you cut off his angle. LT is all i need when i am defending right, once i make a mistake or lose a step i will go LT and RT to try to re-establish angle advantage.
