My GameStop also offered a $10 extra for VC, I put both codes in, nothing...

It takes a few hours for it to pop up. I redeemed mine at 1pm and it finally showed at 730pm on the ps4

Its different for everyone. I went to the playstation store, put my code in, booted the game and my VC was there. Its launch so I assume they are having technical difficulties.
