Enter the code and you may have to restart the game. I didn't see mines at first til I restarted it

I got the standard PC version and still haven't got the pre-order bonuses to actually show up in the game. Tried asking LD2K and Ronnie on Twitter but they are just ignoring the problem. They are in full "ignore any problems and hype hype hype" mode.

Steam forums are raging with ppl complaining about not getting their pre-order VC/items.
Steam purchases never gave any code or anything to enter

I didn't have to enter a code and received 10k vc. I just restarted and viola! PS4 btw

Its in the case. The flyer that says early tip off weekend, on the back theres your code for your bonus items.

the ps4 early tip off bonus comes with the case if you purchases a hard copy. then as it says in the fine print, goto the ps store>Redeem Code. then what i did is went into the in game store and it eventually loaded the bonuses up for me.

though the online services for 2k seems to be having problems because i cant seem to view any of the MyCareer store items.

If you haven't gotten your VC and you put in a code or bought digital, try this:


Fire up MyTeam


That's how I got mine to finally show up on PS4. It just put itself in my account after I fired up MyTeam.
