I was actually more disappointed that we didn't get to make many choices. It was pretty much just scripted. Adoption would've worked perfectly to me but it's not a big issue imo. I thought we'd have more control like choose to go to the club vs practice, break up with your girl, cut ties with Vic, hire a new agent etc.

That's how they made it seem in the trailer, especially with Vic.
