Some quick tips for people that may be having issues with logo/content uploads.

The pixel sizes listed on the site are what 2k will resize to. You can create larger, just make sure one of the edges meet the minimum number.

More importantly is the proper ratios are created for the element you want. So if you want to take something rectangular looking and use it as a logo element (square ratio) you will have to use a program that allows you to adjust the canvas size independently of the image size. Then you can save your element with transparency and keep your image looking the way you intended.

File size must be under 1MB. If you can't shrink the ratio enough to get the file size down then you can run it through one of the various online image file size reducers. It will strip some colors and other details to get the job done so if your image isn't of the highest quality to start with, then expect some detail loss.

That should help get most people up and running that have been having some mild issues.

I haven't been able to see any custom images on my XB1 since launch on the 25th. I have the NXOE but I've only had it since the 29th so that can't be the problem. I've tried relinking my account on the 2K site and resyncing my cloud save but it just says "Loading..." without ever loading any images. I contacted support and all they said was that the development team is currently investigating the situation.

I have a non-Sonics Seattle relocation of the Heat that I'll show you guys when I get a chance (not gonna be home for a couple of days).

My plans now since that Sonics team got super good because I ported my studs from 2k15 over there is to do the Bulls. No logo change, but jerseys will be changing. Likely will be incorporating the Chicago flag somehow and be using the MJ reds with the cursive as my away.

Wizards return to blue, gold and black.
Thunder bison rebrand with brown as the main color
Nuggets rebrand with navy blue, gold, and red
Blazers rebrand incorporating more cream color
Mavs rebrand using more green and royal blue plus the older Mavs style logo

How is everyone able to upload the images of the uniforms, courts, etc. so clear on this thread? I am on Xbox and I couldn't figure it out. I tried to take a pic of the screen with my phone but it wasn't that clear.
