Whoa!! 23 just mentioned that we can create unis/courts on franchise mode....so this means we can edit every single team(im assuming, have not tried it yet, but the option to do it is there) So now we can make a college tournament, or maybe a FIBA tourney, or really just whatever you want.. youre not restricted to just creating ONE team. This is HUGE news. I will be creating some FIBA teams, and will post on here later.

This has been known. You can't change 30 teams unless you are on PC.
