Made the new All Star 2016 jerseys that will be coming soon in NBA 2K16. (As you can see I couldn't wait). Unfortunately, though, I can't use them because they won't save!!

I cannot figure out how to upload images online. I click on the link provided by 2k via email and go to a screen that says "We're sorry, we were unable to recognize the code you submitted."

or I go to sign in at https://www.nba2k.com/ and just get a screen that says "signing in to nba2k.com... and nothing happens.
