How to change quarter length in myNBA?

This may be a dumb question but I just got the game as a Xmas gift and started a myNBA. I see a setting for simulated quarter length which I want at 12 minutes, but I can’t find a setting for quarter length for played games. I like to set it at 6 and normalize played to sim minutes.

Any help would be appreciated!

From the Options - Settings screen in your MyNBA save, select Gameplay. From there you can edit the quarter length for played games.
