I would buy However, the Dynasty/Legacy mode would have to be at least as good as 2k8.
No skimping on features or details.

Besides gameplay of course, The Legacy mode would have be the better than what we seen in any other sports game ever. If you're not going to have real players, coaches, or arenas, then the draw of that mode would have to be obsessively addicting.

Absolutely. Used to love playing college hoops then importing the draft class to nba 2k.

I would definitely buy it they really wouldn't have to keep releasing it just make 1 big game like 2k8 just add a editor where u can add on to the arena cause nothing changes much in college athletics

If there was a college game I wouldn't buy NBA 2K or Madden TBH.
