Every time I try to add tattoos to MyPLAYER, the game always stops immediately and sends me back to the Xbox One main menu. Anyone else having this problem?

I did on the PS4 last night. It was frustrating the hell out of me. It's all good now. I was able to add a bunch of tats this afternoon. I think the crashes are being caused by the server issues. The only bug I'm seeing now is that some tats that you buy in the store are not showing up in the owned tats list. -

I myself added 3 or 4 tattoos a few hours ago, but now that I've earned more VC and bought more tattoos, I can't put them on. Every time I select a tattoo and a body part to place it on, I get kicked. Whenever I get lucky and add one, I get kicked when I'm saving the changes. Same thing is happening when I edit facial hair now. So frustrating
