Losing massive leads in MyCareer every time i'm subbed out.

I've currently lost 9 games in a row in MyCareer because every time I get subbed out after building a lead I get put back in and our team has fallen behind somehow. Given I can't do ANYTHING about this, it's really damn annoying and making the career highly unenjoyable.

How much of a lead are we supposed to build up to make the game safe to be subbed out from? 15 points doesn't seem to be enough, it's ridiculous.

Also, MyCareer teammate AI is terrible on defense still; they've improved offense but help defense is still non-existant and the CPU teammates die on every pick and roll. Plus they foul on pretty much EVERY single play over and over again, especially when the CPU team chucks up some junk at the end of the shot clock.

Anyone else finding the same? I'm saltier than the Dead Sea right now.
