Facescan not picking up eyebrows or facial hair?

Does the facescan this year not pick up eyebrows or facial hair because in about 5 scans ive done , even with 14k ref points, it has yet to pick up my facial hair. Even my 2k15 scan that transferred over didnt have eyebrows or facial hair.
Its causing my player to look extremely generic

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. The Live 16 demo mobile app picked them up really well, but for some reason this 2K16 one does not.

It appears the game removes the facial hair so you can use theirs.

Yep - it looks as though they're trying to render the facial hair and eyebrows into the skin, leaving my face scan looking ilke a burns victim.

The 2k15 scan was fine for me, it transported over and the eyes are super weird and in the wrong spot. Tried 5 scans tonight. No joy - not even close, despite getting 2-3 times more reference points than last year.

I think that is a good way to describe the Face Scan this year. My Face Scan was completely generic looking and I don't see my resemblance. Got more than 13,000 pts and my face is clear but I don't see my facial features or resemblance. I scanned about 5 times and all looked that way.

Facescan is trash again this year. I'm only getting 7500 reference points with really good lighting. Sucks I'm going to have to go with a preset face again. The NBA Live face scan was flawless for me. Sucks my basketball game of choice has the worst scans. I can't even get one without 4 eyes or just completely messed up...

every face scan I've seen has had the same general headshape. I think this year face scan is mainly for capturing the skin texture for your face. I personally haven't seen anyone use the sculpting tools to make their Face Scan complete.

can anyone post a screenshot of a face scan after sculpting the face to have accurate proportions?
