how to defend cpu fast breaking all the time?

Well the title tells it all. Playing on all star sim seems like the cpu never gets tired of running on a fast break while my noob ai teammates can't keep up. Need help on this. Thanks.

Stop the ball handler. It will give some time for your teammates to get back on D. In majority of cases take your PG and stay in front of the opponent's team PG.

Stop making bad passes and getting stolen/tipped. That will solve it all, finally, a center can't keep up with a PG now.

If they are fast breaking on you, make sure you are set to limit transition instead of crashing

also, practice chase down blocks with athletic players....eventually, you'll get good enough at timing them that you will be volley ball spiking them off the back board or out of bounds

This is number one here. If you are crashing offensive glass, you leave yourself out to hang if you don't have people back to stop the break. I pretty much never use crash on offense. You have to have at least one guy back to stop the ball at all times.
