NBA2k16 Xbox One video uploads??

Is there any reason that when I save replays or highlights from NBA2k16 on my xbox one (using the game DVR), they are not visible on my xbox live account? I save clips all the time on other games and I then can watch them or download them from my PC at work. However, the 5-6 clips I have saved on my Xbox One of NBA2k16 are nowhere to be found. I am hoping this is because it is a pre-release. Anyone else seeing this?

You could just upload them to One Drive. You can download them there as well.

IN the past the videos get re-encoded when going up to one drive and the quality suffers....well it wasn't the quality as much as the videos that I sent to OneDrive seemed to have a reduced framerate.....so I didn't care for that. Maybe that was a fluke?

I've made multiple reports @xboxsupport in regards to this. It has worked to no avail. What I do is, record, pause if I'm online, play when the "your clip has been recorded" bubble comes up and use my phone to save the video. Hope that helps, but that's pretty much all I do.
