Player Progression

What methods for progressing players are people finding the most useful in myGM and myLeague? Trying how much attention I should be paying to the new progression system or if I should just leave it alone and let the cpu handle it

I'm wondering about this as well. I built a team comprised of a bunch of young, talented players, but after going through the first season and off season none of them seemed to progress more than 1 or 2 overall. I thought at least Andrew Wiggins would get more development than that.

I had a ton of picks and landed 3 top notch prospects, so I want to make sure those guys at least improve. Is there something I can do to help my talented young players progress more, or am I pretty much stuck with a 1-2 overall yearly gain?

I started a franchise with the 00 Raptors with tmac and vince and they didn't seem to improve a whole bumnch until they were near their prime(25) but when they got there they both averaged 25-30 ppg for many seasons

Ahhh, gotcha, so it may take another year or two before these guys make a big jump. Out of curiosity, did their overall rantings increase, or was it just a statistical jump?
