When's the deadline to submit an application in Year 1?

So this is something that will take 2 seasons to complete? Won't you have to submit the relocation before you can fully finish some of the goals needed?

It's definitely possible to get relocated after the first season if it's a small/medium market to a big market, but for most it may take a few seasons to upgrade the arena enough to get the vote to pass. We had toyed with the idea of allowing Persuasive Pitches to get owners to vote in your favor, but decided it might not fly with the NBA.

Ahh I see, that's makes perfect sense & I'm surely glad persuasive pitches didn't make the cut. Especially when we already have MyLeague that gives you access to relocate instantly. Thanks for information!!
