Even if 2k16 ends up getting ruined by patches or adjustments made in order to "appease the casuals," I will always take comfort in knowing that the 2k devs truly WANT to produce a sim game. They have shown this in their posts as well as in the game itself - 2k16 is a great example of their desire to create a balance, sim game that is absent of exploits or cheese. Even if the devs are forced by their corporate overlords to bend to the will of the casual masses and change it, we will still know that it was not their choice or preference.

Games good I just wish the Cavs weren't the ONLY team I play against online they are OP no matter how 'sim awesome' you think you are.

I don't think the thread would be derailed if it didn't go a bit out of its way to throw shade at those who had some issues with the game. Sure, there are a few complaint threads of dubious quality but there are also some possibly legitimate issues.

If shots are going to be fired, you're pretty much asking for dissenting opinions.

I say that as someone who thinks 2K16 is very good, incredible in many areas, with a few seemingly glaring issues.

This so much. Some of these threads seem intended to stop conversation rather than further them. I don't think that helps either the game itself or the community to develop the ability to communicate both their praises and complaints with give and take.
