The Realism of MyCareer in NBA 2k16

If you're a Caucasian guy like myself playing MyCareer, you can't help think wow this isn't very realistic to my actual life. My parents aren't African American and how is even possible to have a twin sister that is African American? lol I think 2K could've added the option to choose the ethnicity of your parents and had actors for each one. I'm sure that's asking a lot from 2K though. Thoughts?
