Stance socks not working?

They don't appear on the user controlled team at all during myleague, only opposing teams. And you don't wear them at all during mycareer, but your teammates do. Let me clarify a bit: You do wear plain black or white stance socks, but not the colorful ones your opponent wears. Anyone else experience this?

In my league my team and opponents both wear them, in fact when I relocate/rebrand a team they still wear their colorful Stance socks from the old team.

Weird, maybe it's because I edited the shoes? I'll try starting a new myleague as I'm only 4 games in.
