Im having trouble. Has anyone relocated after 1st year in my gm? Or is the consensus it takes a few years?

I think it will take you a couple of years due to the fact that you don't have enough budget to make a good arena after your first season.

I waited to submit my proposal until I could get the arena to at least be 4*, which was during my third season. 3 seasons, and 2 NBA titles later, the OKC Thunder are no more. Welcome back, Seattle SuperSonics!

Just a quick tip for the relocation, not sure if someone has already posted it.

Your best shot to have the team relocated after 1st season is to spend 50k VC and purchase the team. It will give you straight away 26M relocation budget. Enough to purchase at least lvl 3 of luxury suite and plenty if other facilities.

Tested on PC with relocation of Brooklyn Nets to Tampa. Approved after fist season with votes 28-1 (Only GSW was aggainst)
