Surprises and Disappointments - NBA 2K16 Players

Always thought this was a good thread to have, who has surprised you so far and who has been less than what you expected? I've obvious listed a lot of mine, been playing this game more than I want to admit
Please give a small synopsis for each:

Surprises:
- Shabazz Muhammad: fantastic driver and finisher, able to absorb contact and still score in the paint. Great variety of moves.
- Kristaps Porzingis: Rebounding machine, kind of crazy how good this guy rebounds in the game, EASILY a double double with Kris - every game - good scorer as well.
- Archie Goodwin: Big time scorer, for what ever reason, outside of his stats, dude is a baller in this game.
- Karl Anthony Towns - IMO, the most versatile player in the game. Can pick and pop with the best of them and is a big time rebounder, plays above his stats.
-Jerian Grant - BEAST!

Disappointments:
- Julius Randle: horrible at driving to the basket, doesn't absorb contact well, extremely poor shooter for the most part. Human turnover machine!
- Kobe: loses the ball often upon contact. I know it's not the old Kobe, but damn, he's still Kobe, LOL.
- Rudy Gay: Doesn't' seem as versatile as he should be, tends to miss a lot more shots than expected.
-Julius Randle: Deserves to be on here twice.

Re: Surprises and Disappointments - NBA 2K16 Players

Surprises:

JJ Reddick: This guy his EVERYTHING for me. Can almost guarantee a made shot when he puts it up

Stanley Johnson: Quickly becoming my favorite player in the game to use.

Kelly Olynyk: i have a bit of an obsession with big men who can shoot, and Kelly has been the most consistent sharpshooting big man for me.

Disappointments:

Demarcus Cousins: idk what it is, but Boogie and I don't mesh well on the video game basketball court

Kevin Love: Can't shoot, rebound or defend when he's in my control

surprises:
jeremy lamb - atheletic and can knock down 3s with his easy jumper.

kenneth faried - beast when used in the pnr and can guard multiple positions decently.

disappointments:
dm - slow jumper, for a stretch four his jumper is too slow allowing defenders a lot of time to contest which sucks.

Surprises:

D'Angelo Russell: Dude is an absolute BEAST. I refer to him as the poor mans KYRIE. He hits everything.

Hassan Whiteside: I knew at the beginning of the year he would be amazing. 97 block? Don't you dare come in my paint.

Jonas Valanciunus: Rebounding machine. Can score under the rim as well.

Disappointments:

Russell Westbrook: This is probably just me, but I don't feel his explosiveness when controlling him like IRL.

Kobe Bryant: He can't hit unless he's WIDE open.

Nicolas Batum: He has great ratings but whenever I use him he misses everything it seems.
