Face scan...please help OS family

I have tried a number of times, a number of different ways, in various forms of light...when it finishes scanning my face with all the reference point dots looks spot on, but when I hit X (ps4) to finalize I look terrible!!! Anyone else having this issue? Sorry if I doubled a similar thread, I searched but didn't find the same one. Please help!!

Almost everyone is having this issue.

My scan imported from 15 and got messed up somehow so I wanted to do a new one. Tried 6 times with good lighting bad lighting low reference points high reference points and still none looked even remotely like me. not even salvagably close.

I'm using my scan from last year even though it's not great but I'm very disappointed.

It's so weird because prior to completing the scan the ref point dots look just like me! How do I import last years? Thank you!

If you use the same profile as last year it just imports automatically. It did for me anyways.
