Potential in MyGM/MyLeague

Anyone know if the broken potential rating in 2k15 has been fixed? I'd like to start a MyLeague with the Kings, but I probably won't if the hard cap at 28 is still in play.

Besides there being global progression and regression sliders in MyLeague, every single player can have their peak start and end edited. So if you want Boogie's prime to last into his 30's, you can.

Yes, and everyone's editable. Before you enter the mode, and even once you do, you just go under Vitals in Edit Player. Awesome feature I've been wanting for years.
