Legit Question. When do you Change the Difficulty?

I'm playing MyCareer on All Star Sim and am wondering when should you legitimately change the difficulty in the mode. When your player can score at will or when your team is winning?

Right now I'm able to score 40+ 15r and 10as a game, not without many turnovers though. I don't want to score 40+ so I never try to touch it. I'm happier with wins.

My team is the NY Knicks and Porzingis has been injured for 2 months and (we have DJ Austine) has been injured for the last 2 months. Our bench is decent and if they play defense we can win.

In dimmed games we beat spurs and Bulls no problem with the sim points for me being 30+ even with melo on the team. We've played 72 games with 32 wins and 39 losses. I skimmed about 10 of those. (I know crazy especially given that I play 10minute quarters.)

So when do you change the Difficulty. When your player can average 40,15 and 15 or when your team is dominating the league?

When you're simply doing anything you want at will, with little to no repercussions, then yeah, it's time to up the difficulty.

I change by my overall. 55-69 I play on pro to learn the game. When I hit my 70s, I will go to AllStar. I stayed on pro longer than I usually do because the CPU is crazy on here.

When I hit the 80s, I go to SS-Sim. And right now I am stuck on that. I usually go to HOF around 87+ overall, but I might stay on SS for a little while longer lol.

Re: Legit Question. When do you Change the Difficulty?

Just depends if I'm blowing out teams. If the score is like 100 to 70 then I'll increase it. Right now I'm playing on superstar and I'm on the Knicks and melo is hurt for like 2 weeks. Before he got hurt we would beat the lesser teams by like 10 or 20, but the tough teams we either win or lose within 5 points

Re: Legit Question. When do you Change the Difficulty?

To be honest, it's a combination of difficulty levels and slider adjustments. I play all-star level with some slider adjustments to make it more challenging. I feel like superstar and HOF don't respond to sliders very well and play at a pre set level

Never. I've been playing HOF Sim from the first night I had the game.
