Im sure this has been answered many times, but can you create your team and put them in the NBA, or do you have to move a team to another city to use a created team?,Do you have to play a year to be able to move your franchise? For offline play. Thanks

You used to be able to do this but it was removed after 2K14. I was praying they would bring it back for 2K16 and they didn't. Its dearly missed. In MyLeauge you can move a team before season 1. In MYGM however it may take years for you to successfully relocate your team.
