Does playing on hall of difficulty offline against the cpu make you a better 2k player when you play online?

I think playing offline won't make you better at all for online play. Playing against the AI is so different than playing against users. I think I'm a pretty solid online player, but for example I lost the first domination game on pro difficulty against the 76ers.... It's just whole lotta different of what the AI will do offensively and defensively...

Only thing you learn on HoF difficulty is how to cheese right against the AI.

Leaning how to dribble past and cheese is the only thing hof will teach you. That's how people find these cheeses

It might help you on offense to get by the CPU when you play an offballer.

But the average cheeser is way more of a challenge than the hall of fame CPU. TBH HOF is still a joke to me.

Superstar / Sim is always the best to play on for me.
