What factors into Fan interest/empty seats in Myleague?

Seeing a ton of empty seats in my league, I would understand if these were only bottom dweller teams, but the heat are currently second in the east and the arena is always empty, the Lakers too, I'm guessing this is has to do with Fan interest but I'm winning games and still nothing.

The Heat having empty seats is realistic, even when they are winning. During the Lebron years you saw a lot of empty seats.

Its not just the Heat though, when watching national TV games only few teams will pack the house during the regular season. I wonder is that is considered in myleague as to why seats are empty?

What percentage is your fan interest at for the Heat and Lakers?

Both under 50 right now. I know that's pretty realistic for the heat, but as the games would go on, the arena would fill up. For the Lakers, not really.

They're both doing great right now, on the other hand the Wizards have 100% fan interest and they're a 10 win team midway through the season.

Fan interest is also kind of weird for me - I'm 12-4 with the Blazers, Power Rankings has me at #3 but fan interest is still below 48%. Would love that number to go up or even know what goes into it!

I think your responses to the media affect fan interest

But there isn't any of that stuff in MyLeague.

I'm curious too, however I noticed that when I traded away a player that was on the team for a while fan interest dropped 20 percentage points or something.
