What is the purpose of LEGEND going into practice?

Dominque Wilkins showed up to one of my Hawks practices. I received a gold in that particular drill and I unlocked an accolade that read "impressed a NBA legend". I believe I received some extra VC as well. That's all. Depending on the team, maybe it will unlock a connection (Erving, Jordan, etc.) but I doubt it

Yeah I got a bronze on one of the drills.. nothing unlocked. So i'm assuming by "impressing the legend" you will get some extra VC? nothing i should be worried about?

If you get Gold on your first drill you will get 3x badge progress for all coach drills and the 3 other remaining drills for that practice.

Easiest drills to complete:

Finishing: contested finishing, just do euros and reverses.
Shooting: freethrow golf.
Playmaking: one man. Just try to get assists if you're not a good finisher. Or if you're a shooter you can stop and pop an easy midrange.
Defense: charge drill is easiest.
