I use Freelance Option called Swing and of course Motion Cuts but when I need to run a play I just use regular Lakers playbook.
With Swing you don't need to call plays. Everything is intuitive and you'll get a lot of good looks. Obviously you'll still get few bad possessions but you have Kobe, Lou and Swaggy P who can save you.
