Every time I try to hire a coach from a different team they either reject or it gets blocked. Every single time. I'm in my 9th year on mygm. Same results. Elite coaches pass on me every year too. I.always agree to the year lengths and salary they want. What am I doing wrong? Staff signings feel really broken

Do you ask them about the team roster/style/state etc?
