Anyone know how to create a decent looking Lamar Odom?

The face presets are horrible. Since Lamar isn't on this 2k I'm trying to create him. It's difficult to say the least.

Creation seems limited. All the created Charles Barkleys I've seen are horrible. No likeness at all.

The creation system is pretty bad in 2k. I can't make a normal looking person for the life of me. The head shapes are so distorted that I can't make a normal looking head shape. The smallest head I can make is still to big. I don't like the system. It's too hard. Every player ends up looking the same or like a Neanderthal.

I made a few players on EA's FIFA 15 and its so much better. Every player I made looked realistic and individualized. It was much easier too.

Even besides the facial editing, the whole create a player system is terrible. No tattoos, no directional size-ups, and no custom shoes. All of this is in the myPlayer creator though which is the biggest head-scratcher.
