Do my player badges apply online?

Will having badges give me an advantage online over players that don't have any?

Or they don't apply online and everyone is equal?

Badges are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.

If you aren't badged up, you will be murdered on the court.

Every aspect of the game in covered in badges.


You don't have Lockdown defender? Dunk you on or shoot in your face all day. We have posterizer + deadeye.

You don't have dribble badges, shooting badges, driving badges. You can't score. We have badges against you. Eraser, pick-pocket, interceptor.

We have Rebounding badges, break-starter, champ DNA. We win boards, transition, double teams, assists.

We have acrobat, pnr mistro, screen outlet, dimer, microwave, unfazed. We score much better.

etc. etc.

We are better in EVERY ASPECT of the game.

Badges are NEEDED.

I went into Park with my new 6'3" Balanced PG (66)😤

I won the game on my game winning basket,

My dude has one badge and it's a personality badge, Cool and Collected.

My opponent was 90+ overall, Shooting Gaurd.

I had a C (86) and G or SF (90) as my teammates.

I was still able to compete.

The badges do help but it's important to play within your abilities. You could have 60 badges but still only bring 3 of them to life based on your skill level and play style.

I don't remember how my opponent got his points but my Player basically has 5 bars on everything except rebounding. Opponent left me open and I made my shots (using Real FG% because my dudes scoring ratings are very poor).

Second game I lost but it was because our 3rd teammate was distracted and cost us the game. My opponent was 89 PG and again, nothing scary. I made a 3 in each game an was able to beat my defenders and contribute on both sides as a legitimate factor.

Get your badges but you don't need to go crazy trying to get them all. Go after the badges that already fit your playstyle. If you attack: you should easily get the driving badges. If you're a shooter: you'll get shooter badges like shot creator. Defensive badges will come easy to talented defenders. I got Hesitation Stunner very quickly because that's my goto move.

This year badges aren't do or die . I say only get badges that fit your playstyle . Don't go for Eurostepper if you will never use that move, its a waste of time . I don't even think grinding to get every attribute upgrade is necessary . It's all about playing good ball

I remember on the first days off park i had 60ovr guy and played 1vs1vs1 with 90+ guy and i win easily.
