After some time with 2k16, which 2K in your eyes has the best on the court experience

It's still a close call IMO between 2k12 and 2k16. But my vote goes for 2k16 for over gameplay being the most polished and enjoyable.

2k11. For it's time. 16 is an improvement over 15 though by quite a bit.

IMO, 2K11 had the greatest single-year leap in gameplay quality. But 2K16 is the best overall game on the court to date.

2k16 without a doubt. I will never understand the love of 2k11. It was revolutionary at the time but come on

2k11 was the one that impressed me more than any other nba 2k title. Its also one of the hardest to get into iteration, I've tried to play it again before 2k16 got releases and I had difficulty to do anything well on offense, the controls on some basic stuff is really difficult there.
What i most liked in 2k11 was play calling , although teams hadn't all the real plays for each teams. The smoothness of calling plays was the thing i loved, no players stuck in the middle of play for no reason, the execution were fast like it should be. I remember running 3 different plays often in a single possession.
Another great thing was auto subs, dunno why they changed it to hockey-like all lineup switching. It was the last game I've used auto-subs with some own adjustments here and there.
