Is 2K being hypocritical in not allowing LBJ to play out of his pre-designated positions. Why hypocritical?

Checkout MyTeam Challenge Level 1 3rd match and the CPU's line-up. Anthony Davis always starts as small forward. Aaron Gordon is the PF. Drummond is center. So when did AD begin to play SF along with playing PF/C?

Even more ironic; when I play a MT Weekly challenge (Warriors), 2K doesn't allow me to use Davis as a SF. System will ignore my change (w/ Davis) when game resumes. I guess 2K can use players 'out of position' but humans can't?
