MyCareer Nike Shoe Deal?

Tried searching for this in the forum but could not find an answer whatsoever. I know that you can do the jordan/adidas endorsements to have free shoes of that brand for games, but I have yet to see a nike endorsement pop up. Wondering what we have to do to unlock this endorsement.
I am currently in the playoffs of year 2 and have over 5million fans if that matters.

I don't think there is one. I'm in my 5th season and only got offers from Adidas and Jordan. I eventually just signed with Jordan since I never seen any nike endorsements after the first couple of years.

Yeah I haven't seen Nike, meanwhile I've had at least 3 or 4 offers from Jordan and Adidas through 3 seasons..

Jordan ain't bad but... Wtf happened to the swoosh?
