What's your play style? Davis isn't really a guy you dump it to on the low block, and let him isolate anyway. He's a mobile, face-up player. You want to keep him moving. You can isolate him at the elbows, have him work out of the high post, run pick and rolls with him. Keep him moving, and force his match-up to play with him in space.
If you're someone who likes to spread the floor, and shoot, put a stretch 4 in and move AD to center. If you're using the Pelicans, put Ryan Anderson at power forward, and slide Davis to center. That will create more space inside the arc for Davis to work. Defensively, you can user him and just protect the basket and collect rebounds. The numbers will come.
